Location- Kolkata  Role Purpose:  To manage and support the on-going change initiatives for existing clients. To also support (as required) business growth by execution of small to medium fund migration projects for new business wins.   Non Migration Lead - Fund Implementation  Role Responsibilities:  The role holder will be experienced in Client change delivery and fund migration projects. They will work in conjunction with the Edinburgh Fund Implementation team to lead the delivery of change initiatives for the existing client base where these have been pre-approved by the CMD function. Such individuals often perform a day to day role in addition to providing support to our Projects. Therefore clear communication and confidence in stakeholder engagement is key to ensure that we work well with such business areas impacted.  - Strong negotiation abilities to ensure interdepartmental collaboration.  - Multi-tasking with ability to independently prioritize workload without impacting overall project deliverables.  - Ability to analyze complex business requirements.  - Knowledge of HSS business areas; Fund Services, Custody etc.  Certifications, Qualifications & Experience  Should be Minimum Graduate  Minimum 5 Years of Experience.  Experience at the Business Analyst level of participating in projects or contributing to operational change (Preferred)  A&V, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Depository, or Custody.  Any prior experience of working within Change Programs would be beneficial but is not essential.  Experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (Administration, Custody, Trustee, and Fund Services, Asset Management firms).  Structured approach to business analysis and documentation.  Ability to act independently and as part of wider team. Excellent communication skills to be able to work Closely with stakeholders.
