Work within the EQD Structuring team globally:   Specific responsibilities include:  - Participation in design and production of Value For Money (RBWM business)  - Participation in design and production of stress testing   - Responding to clients' life cycle questions (mtm, events....)  - Participation in developing and maintaining term sheet generator  - Liaising with business to produce MI (ie hit ratio, reverses engineering of prices based on client's feedback, analysis of flows and its impact on the market)  - Development of structuring tools and testing  - Double scripting (new scripted pay-offs need to be scripted twice in parallel to be validated)  - Responsible for employee engagement and monitoring of quality work execution  - Responsible for ensuring seamless communication and teamwork between onshore and offshore resources where applicable  - Focuses on driving results, even under pressure, through personal drive and perseverance and by encouraging collaboration, creating clarity and building stakeholder commitment   - Leads and facilitates change, understanding and applying change methodologies to communicate about, prepare for and implement change successfully  - Responsible for employee engagement and monitoring of quality work execution  - Responsible for ensuring seamless communication and teamwork between onshore and offshore resources where applicable  - Focuses on driving results, even under pressure, through personal drive and perseverance and by encouraging collaboration, creating clarity and building stakeholder commitment   - Leads and facilitates change, understanding and applying change methodologies to communicate about, prepare for and implement change successfully  Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications -   - 1-3 years- experience working with financial data or economic data  - Excellent communication skills with exposure to global product development  - Strong technical skills with post-grad qualification MSci / MBA in statistics or engineering  - Excellent problem solving and coding exposure to KDB, Java, C++ or Python  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with very strong analytical skills.   - Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships   - Proven management experience with an ability to influence staff at different levels without reporting lines   - The ability to work with senior management globally and act as a team player  - Able to understand complex and diverse instruments  - Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner   - Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities   - Familiar to working in Global resourcing environment   - Preferable but not essential is to also have Equity Derivatives knowledge  - Should be passionate about problem solving, working with data and analytics
