Role Summary:   - Support the daily operations of EU Operational Services covering trade validation, confirmation, settlements, and post settlements investigations  - Provide high quality processing service to various satellite sites achieving maximum customer satisfaction with the specified SLAs  - Responsible for rapport building and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner  - Facilitate team and site meetings. Support training and process migration  - Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to processes  - Process work as requested by line management / customer. Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards  - Demonstrates ways to improve customer service and increase productivity  - Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators, accompanied by the appropriate internal control standards relevant to the role  - Implement the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the role  - Responsibility for effective implementation of process and control initiatives  - To be aware of the Operational Risk that associated with the role and to ensure that all actions during the employment take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring.  Eligibility criteria:  Experience 2 - 3 years minimum in Middle office control or Foreign Exchange Money Markets (Strictly required - NOT FOR FRESHERS)   B.com, BBA (Finance) BBM (Finance) MBA(finance) - only may apply  Skills/Experience Required:  - Experience on Securities/ Foreign Exchange & Money Market would be an advantage  - Background on European Markets and Infrastructure Regulation would be an advantage  - Ability to demonstrate management skills and initiate improvements  - Possess knowledge on MS Office with good numerical and analytical skills  - Ability to learn quickly and transfers knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data  - Ability to set priorities and work effectively  - Good Communication, planning and organizing skills  - Able to work under challenging environment with tight timelines
