HRSD - Workforce Management  We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients at Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/Mumbai location . Attached below is the JD for HRSD - Workforce Management tools such as Kronos  - Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design and Testing   - Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into a systems design specification   - Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules and policies   - Develop and document testing strategies   - Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met   - Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery  - Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities  - May require short term (up to 3 months) to medium term (4 - 6 months) travel to client location  Additional Responsibilities ( Applicable across all HRSD offerings) :  - Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services / vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking / vendor or technology strategy)   - Support testing activities including creation of test cases, mining test data, executing test cases and defect tracking (Testing could involve testing of processes / documentation / systems)  - Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives  - Gather information through research and conduct analysis  - Derive insights and develop client recommendations  - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design client solutions.  - Communicate and present to external and internal client as required  The key skills required are as follows :  - Bachelor's Degree  - Masters in Human Resource Management is desirable  - 2+ years experience with Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper and system structure including:  a) Kronos Accruals   b) Kronos Analytics, Reporting and Activities  c) Kronos Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling  d) Kronos WIM Interface Tool  e) Coordinating all facets of application upgrades  f) Device management (clocks, web, etc)  g) SQL and/or other query tools   - 2+ years experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered  - Strong analytical/problem-solving ability  - Strong interpersonal skills  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels  - Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure   - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio  - Willingness to travel internationally for extended duration of time (3 to 6 months)  - Demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services is preferred  MBA would be preferred
