HRSD - Employee Lifecycle Consulting/ HR Process Execution
We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients for HRSD - Employee Lifecycle Consulting/ HR Process Execution at Gurgaon / Hyderabad /Mumbai / Bangalore.
Attached below is the JD for the same :
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery
- Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services / vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking / vendor or technology strategy)
- Support testing activities including creation of test cases, mining test data, executing test cases and defect tracking (Testing could involve testing of processes / documentation / systems)
- Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities
- Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives
- Gather information through research and conduct analysis
- Derive insights and develop client recommendations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design client solutions
- Communicate and present to external and internal client as required
- May require short term (up to 3 months) to medium term (4 - 6 months) travel to client location
The key skills required are as follows:
- Intermediate/Advanced level knowledge of the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, and HR Shared Services is preferred
- Deep dive consulting/operation experience of critical HR processes such as Payroll/Benefit/Employee Helpdesk is preferred
- Process design, Shared Services design and documentation support offshore/onsite based on client requirement
- Work Activity Analysis projects to assess Current effort Vs. Actual effort required to perform HR processes in client organization
- Functional support such as current state ecosystem assessment and recommendations during Workforce Management Assessment & Implementation projects leveraging Kronos
- Testing projects such as (System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Payroll Testing, Language Testing, HRSS Documentation Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Service Rehearsal Testing)
- Project Management support for HR Transformation and Shared Services assignment
MBA with 2 - 8 years of experience
