- Incumbent will be responsible for the performance of the APAC HRSC team.   - The HRSC answers employee and manager inquiries that come in via phone call, email, or case management system, as well as performs some HR data management activities.   - In this role you are responsible for all people management aspects of the team as well as monitoring team results.   - You are also a key part of the management team that delivers HR operational services; including payroll, policy administration, and employee file management, and HR system updates, for the APAC employees.  - Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the team.   - Ensures proper counseling of employees on all general HR questions regarding, but not limited to, health and welfare plans, flexible and spending accounts, retirement plans, adding and dropping dependent(s), time and labor, vacation, payroll, family assistance programs and other employee programs.   - Monitors and reports to upper management all service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TAT) established for the HRSC.   - Works with the Business Process Management Consultant to determine root causes of SLA failures and works with team members to improve performance measured by SLAs.
