HR Program Manager :

- Program Manager for HR Head - Shared Services for large Fortune 100 MNC.

- HR Analytics to find root cause & predict solutions.

- MIS, Dash board, Reporting.

- Influencing HR Business Partners, Staffing Leaders & Business.

- Driving projects across Shared Services.

The job will be on contract for the first one year.Decision to renew or convert to permanent will be management discretion based on availability & performance.

Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
