HR Professional- Global Mobility & Immigration - KPO

- Manages global mobility activities for expatriates, domestic and international transfers. Acts as subject matter expert for relocation related activities. Advises Employees, Business Units, and External Vendors on relocation process, exceptions, and policy

- Develop and maintain different components of expatriate's compensation packages such as foreign rotation premiums, cost of living adjustments, per diems, and housing allowances

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's expatriate assignments, relocation and immigration policies and procedures. Stays abreast of current trends in global mobility for the purpose of keeping these policies up to date and competitive

- Review and prepare Assignment letters for all expatriate assignments

- Assure internal customers receive periodic reports on relocation cases, Assignment status, Mobility report and raise timely alert

- Maintain the Company's relationship with Global Assistance & Response Team. Provide hands-on support for any critical employee cases

Salary Offered: 7 - 19 LPA
