Human Resource Specialist –Performance Management System 

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We cater to exclusive senior mandates of premier companies.

We have been entrusted by one of the largest and renowned conglomerates in India, to select the Manager/Sr.Manager HR – PMS. 

The incumbent would be the process owner for Performance Management System of the company. He /she would have to set up/improvise various processes for the same including goal setting , quarterly reviews and communication and adherence of the processes across all touch points – PAN India.

We invite applications from outstanding professionals with 4-6 years of post qualification experience. Must be a premier B School pass out who have had a quick career progression and substantial experience in handling the PMS function. Experience in large FMCG, Pharma, Durables or consulting firms like Hewitt Mercer, etc. would be preferred.
