Location: Cochin
Education:
- Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
- 2 -4 years of experience, preferably in HR/ Admin support/ Operations in similar industry
HR Coordination: US HRO
- On board new employees. Send the Newhire paperwork and create the employee’s records in the HRIS system.
- Handle transactions through a ticketing systems and do necessary updated in the HRIS system and create memo’s for HRBP’s e.g. transfer, promotions, salary change, employee type change
- Build knowledge on HR policies and procedures and answer HR related queries raised by the business through a shared mailbox
- Understand the time and attendance system and the policies/federal laws around time and attendance system and assist the employees/managers/HRBPs with their queries
- Conduct audits in the time and attendance system to identify the discrepancies and work with the managers to correct the incorrect entries
- Perform mass data entry in the HRIS or time and attendance system as required
- Reach out to the HRBPs and seek clarity on their requests to provide them with accurate outcome
- Escalate any issue and concerns to the SME/Client Manager
- Adhere to process guidelines/checklists and all the operational controls implemented in the team
- Set self goals in line with the departmental goals
- Come up with process improvement ideas to enhance the process, customer satisfaction, quality or TAT of the existing processes
- Identify and escalate exceptions in the process to SME/Client Manager
- Ensure adherence to SLA’s
