Looking for Manager HR- Performance Management with one of our client.
Roles and responsibility:
- Lead the performance culture.
- Develop KPI's for key roles across the company
- Drive the program for annual business plans and review of the same
- Drive annual appraisal process
- Quarterly probation confirmation process
- Drive productivity culture and ensure all employees are working as per culture
Role will report into the Head HR/CEO and report on new initiatives/implementation of existing initiatives
Education: M.BA. in HR from a reputed institute like IMT, IMI, MDI, NMIS, TISS etc. with 80% and above in 10th and 12th
Experience: 0-4 years
