Designation: HR Manager  Client: One of the largest company in Metals having offices in Middle East, Africa and India  Location: Cameroon, Africa  Job specs:  Talent Acquisition:  a) Responsible for full recruitment life cycle.  b) Expertise in screening candidates, interviews, sourcing strategies, personality evaluations & gauging requirement fit.  c) Pan India coordination for Opening of positions both Direct & Indirect & closure of the same.  d) Mapping the turnaround time for the positions.  e) Analyzing cost of hiring for the positions.  f) Using various candidate sourcing methodologies including internet sourcing, networking, referrals, search firms & employee referral programs.  g) Work closely with unit heads, interview panel, participate in weekly business review meets, understanding HR requirements & support functions in shaping seamless business profits, market mapping.  h) Physically check the candidate profile, skill, qualification & experience.  Payroll & F&F’s:  a) Processing the Payroll  b) Authorizing & cross checking the Payroll from regions, with respect to implementation of all pay elements.  c) Timely F&F for leavers.  d) Maintaining of Leave register.  IRLL:  a) Judiciously settling of employee disputes.  b) Representation of company for all labour related issues.  c) Liaison with Government departments.  d) Timely tracking & calculation of wages, annual impact & increment planning.  Design and implementation of HR systems like Recruitment System, Induction & Orientation – Manager and Non-Manager levels , Attendance Tracking System , Uniform Policy , Monthly Celebrations at Restaurant System, Employee of the Month Scheme, Progressive Discipline , File Management , Addressing Salary Issues System, Exit interviews & Analysis, Stay interviews & Analysis, Plant Audits by HR ,Referral Schemes and Employee Engagement Activities etc.  Organization Building: Building organization level systems like  a) Ideal Staffing Per shift  b) Setting up of Growth Path across all levels in Operations.  c) On-boarding process aimed at hand holding of an employee for first 30 days.  d) Quarterly Performance Assessment Reviews for Middle level positions.  Learning & Development   a) Assist L&D in preparation of various modules for staff members focused on development of technical and communication skills, and self-management  b) Effectively utilizing Training and other strategies to support business growth.  c) Maintain monthly & annually training records and Training Data Base.  Audit Assistance:  a) Joiner & Leaver reports.  b) Police Verification/Guarantor Verification for Joiners.  c) mmigration Return Files  d) Updated Personal files.  HR Operations:  Recruitment System, Induction & Orientation – Manager and Non-Manager levels , Attendance Tracking System , Uniform Policy , Monthly Celebrations at Restaurant System, Employee of the Month Scheme, Progressive Discipline , File Management , Addressing Salary Issues System, Exit interviews & Analysis, Stay interviews & Analysis, Plant Audits by HR ,Referral Schemes and Employee Engagement Activities etc.  Administrative  a) Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.  b) Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc., Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.  Candidate qualification:  - Minimum 8-10 years of experience out of which 3-4 years of experience in a large Manufacturing / Process Industry and/ or multi-cultural work environment.  - Male candidate only need to apply.
