Job Profile:   Designation: Manager HR (Learning & Development)   Location: Chennai & Kolkata  Reports to: Head HR   Client: A leading telecom company  Industry preference - Any   JOB DESCRIPTION  The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for managing the learning function. This role will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing training initiatives.In addition, the Learning and Development Manager will oversee the implementation of proprietary performance management tools and processes as well as address individual learning needs and goals of employees. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressively experience in instructional design and implementing learning programs.  Managing The Learning Function  Develop and implement short and long-term learning strategies and solutions aligned to company and business needs  Address individual learning requirements of employees through needs analysis, industry research, vendor recommendations, etc.  Measure and report on program outcomes and change in learning behaviors to determine the effectiveness of  Learning and Development solutions  Manage, execute and update existing learning programs  Develop, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships  Conduct needs assessment/instruction analysis to ensure training plans meet business’ goals and objectives  Requirements  Degree in Human Resources, OD, education or related field preferred  Minimum 5 years’ of experience of increasing responsibility in Learning and Development  Excellent management, organization and prioritization skills  Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills  Advanced proficiency in computer applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with social media and designing e-learning courses is a plus  Demonstrated experience in a high impact, fast paced, results oriented work environment  Other Skills/Abilities  Ability to think strategically with regards to program design and impact of organizational goals  Ability to manage both strategically and tactically with an ability to adjust in light of change  Contact Person:  Shipra Garg  0120-4550859
