Job Title : Manager HR (L&D)

Experience : 7 - 8 Years

Qualification : MBA(HR) from a Recognized Management School

Principal Accountabilities (Job Description) :

- Individual Training Needs Identification for all the employees of the organization.

- Assist in Designing the Training Calendar and arranging the Logistics

- Administration of the L&D Documentation - Attendance and Feedback Forms

- Managing and driving the complete Training Need Analysis cycle - including measuring effectiveness of training programs using Kirkpatrick's Model. Ensure that on the job implementation gets measured

- To schedule the Development Centers and develop the Individual Development Plan for the Top & Valued Talents (TTVT) of the Organization.

- Designing & Assigning Post training projects and collating the reports of the project.

- Maintaining the Training MIS on a monthly Basis.

- Executing Learning and Development initiatives and activities for all roles in the organization

- Researching and evaluating training resources and suggesting new topics and methods to ensure effectiveness and training

- Liaising with internal/ external resources to identify training courses that match business needs

- Managing vendors - as outside contractors provide facilitation and support of courses

- Identifying new learning activities and initiatives and best practices across industries, that serve as solutions to closing skill gaps

- Formulation of the Internal Newsletter for the Organization

- Driving the Rewards and Recognition Program

- Transition the Employee Engagement Surveys within the Organization and Action Planning

- Formulating the Career Dossier for the Assist in the creation of Career Path

- Administer the ISR Project and momentum Initiatives

Key Strengths :

- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, specifically should be a good listener

- Should have a strong FMCG Background

- Innovative and Creative with High Energy Levels

- Result Orientation with Execution Excellence

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- HR Automation - Should have handled Automated L&D Module
