The position will be responsible for providing support/ assistance in initiating and implementing of HR processes and practices in line with the corporate HR initiatives and functional plans for the named vertical in Shared Services.
Major Responsibilities:
- Facilitate BU Induction and ensure smooth on boarding of new hires
- To act as an internal consultant to unit heads about Human Resource issues within their respective units
- Responsible for the implementation of all Human Resources related policies and procedures within the Region
- Performance Management System
- Performance Appraisal
- C&B implementation
- HR MIS and Analytics
- Managing HR Operations & Employee Service (MIS, Payroll, Reports, Employee Database, Compliance)
- Handling the full employee life cycle of the business unit
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Employee relations and counseling
- Employee Retention and motivation
- Statutory Compliance
- BU implementation of HR Practices / Policies in line with directive from Corporate HR
- Data Orientation/ Data Understanding/ Data Management/ Numbers Driven Person
- Ability to plan & initiate
- Process Orientation
- Team Management
- Communication (Presentation Skills)
Desired Profile:
- 10-14 Yrs of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in IT Services/Product organisation
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from any university
- Good communication skills
- Strong Team handling experience
