- Industrial Relations, Managing Trade Unions, Union Agreements, Participative Management, Statutory Compliance, Administration activities.

- Strategic partnership in the areas of Human Resource Mgt. inclusive of recruitment, PMS, Reward and
Recognition, retention & maintenance of workers.
