Opportunity for HR Manager in a MNC (Infrastructural Industry). we are looking out for a candidates from Infrastructure industry only who has good exposure on completely Gamut of HR.

Location: Mumbai - Vileparle.

Exp: more than 5 yrs of Exp with MBA in HR.

Job Profile:

Implementation of the policies and schemes to ensure employee productivity, morale and performance.

- Planning & execution of recruitment policies.

- To guide and coordinate for recruitment activity for India and Overseas, Introducing innovative technologies in recruitment, Review of manpower budgets in-line with the business plan.

- Employer branding and USP, Job descriptions/ Role directory for all positions.

- Ensuring efficacy of the PMS.

- Ensuring timely KRA’s, quarterly appraisals and counselling, Continuous updating and monitoring of the HR manual.

- To design training Calendar for the year.

- To Identify training needs and coordinate with faculty for training programs

- Conducting training in Soft skills and behavioural areas.

- Evaluating Training effectiveness.

- Ensure quality compliance of HR functions.

- Conceiving compensation strategies.

- Operational sing Compensation in line with the company’s policies.

- Introducing Potential Appraisal, To Ensure employee empowerment

- Conceiving motivation and retention strategies, Ensure HR related statutory compliances, Monthly MIS and HR report.

- Pro-active employee relations, OD-diagnostics, Designing and implementing appropriate OD interventions, Ensuring appropriate organizational architecture

- Culture sculpting, Bench marking vis-à-vis World’s Best HR practices

- To provide inputs on key issues and concerns for decision by Sr. Management.

- To maintain track of transfers, promotions, salary revision and payroll administration etc.Would be responsible for the gamut of HR (Operation), Employee engagement, should take care of Employee welfare activities, Compensation, Employee Grievance Handling, Training.
