Position: HR Manager  Location: Kuwait  Experience: 12 to 15 years  Gender preference: Male in the Age group of 35 to 40 years  Job role:  Talent acquisition:  - Receive manpower requirements from BU heads  - Prepare job description and job specification   - Communicate requirement with recruitment wing  - Coordinate with recruitment wing till candidate joins  Induction and orientation:  - Welcome new candidates and provide first day induction  - Identify job oriented trainings required for candidate  - Coordinate with relevant persons and ensure that candidate is properly oriented  Probation review:  - Conduct periodical reviews for new joiners within the probation period  - Play a key role in deciding permanency of candidates  - Prepare and fix Key result areas for each employee in coordination with operations  - Prepare Key Performance indicators and communicate with employees  - Conduct periodical performance assessments both qualitative and quantitative, based on KPI’s  - Conduct annual Performance appraisals  Training and development:  - Identify Training needs  - Prepare training modules as per requirements   - Conduct training and ensure effectiveness  - Employee relation and grievance handling, collecting feedback from employees  - Succession planning  - Play significant role in employment decisions like promotions and terminations  - Perform other assignments entrusted by supervisor from time to time.  Candidates willing to relocate to Kuwait may apply.  Anjali Mody Randstad India Ltd.
