Job Description: Human Resources Manager  Reporting: Managing Director   Primary objectives and responsibilities of role:  - Manager of Human Resources manages all aspects of Human Resources nationally to attract, recruit, develop, engage, and retain the top talent to best serve the needs of members.   Responsibilities of this role include:   - Demonstrate personal commitment to the RECIPE values and behaviours, the Company strategy and brand promise  - Articulate and embed the Mission, Values and 10 Essentials to staff in a clear and motivational way, and align staff with objectives  - Work with senior leaders and line managers to develop workforce planning strategies to increase the pool of appropriately skilled individuals for future senior leadership roles   - Have a clear understanding of the objectives of the business, and be able to align the activities of the Human Resources division to these objectives so that Human Resources activities support the overall strategy of Company  - Take full responsibility for the activities of the Human Resources Division in order to maximise productivity and ensure the department operates in line with Company guidelines   - Improve retention of staff across the broader Company business to reduce recruitment and training costs and maintain key talent   - Devise strategies to identify and manage potential risks throughout the organisation   - Oversee creation of strategy in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) initiatives to maintain a safe working environment   - Oversee planning and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local, state and national Rules & Regulations   - Ensure excellence in reporting of Human Resources metrics to effectively guide decision making by the executive team   - Devise and implement feedback systems across the organisation to identify grievances and improve working conditions   - Ensure legal compliance in recruitment, training, performance management and retrenchment to reduce the litigation risk   - Balance the requirements of the four performance areas: Engaged Employees, Operational Excellence, Satisfied Members and Business Performance  - Take overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people within the Human Resources division in compliance with industry work rights   - Demonstrate commitment to delivering results through empowering, coaching and supporting the right people in the Human Resources Division to deliver business results   - Deliver results on time, and to budget to maximise the effectiveness of Human Resources   Education: MBA from Premier Institutes
