Job Description:

Recruitment: Collaborate closely with the line managers and lead sourcing, screening, shortlisting, selecting, offering and on boarding of all approved positions.

Employee Engagement & Connect: Lead and anchor all engagement initiatives, action planning, leadership connect and communication initiatives

Employee Life Cycle Management: Leading all employee transactions - joining, induction, training, confirmations, transfers, separations etc.

Process Development & Implementation: Leading HR processes like Performance Appraisal System, developing policy framework, HR Manual and other HR Processes as per the process timeline & deploying them fully

Training & Development : Devise training plans and calendar. Develop content for and deliver training programs to sales and non-sales team through internal and external faculty.

MIS, data & documentation: Generating, presenting HR MIS for the region in reliable manner / quality data and ensuring documentation of the same

Statutory Compliance: 100% compliance under all applicable labor laws for both on rolls & off rolls as well, Internal audit points, Managing & SPOC for Off roll staff

Administration: Responsible for managing and supervising travel desk and administration staff, general office upkeep and attendance system.

III. Qualifications & Skills Required

Qualification

- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a start-up environment in the Consumer durables / FMCG sector.

- Masters degree in related field

- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities

- Experience and knowledge of various India labor laws and statutory compliance

- Experience in handling training and development in a sales oriented company.

- Must have successful track record working in a team environment

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail
