The person will be responsible for managing the employee relations at the production facility of the client.   Location : Mumbai, Goregaon   Reports to : VP & Head Human Resources  MAIN ASSIGNMENTS - Indicate the main activities / duties to be conducted in the job.  Project Management   - Acting as a Project Manager thus leading the implementation of migration related activities at the production facility and in other departments.   - The incumbent will be responsible for people-related activities and initiatives within the production facility.   - He / She will support the business unit and will be responsible for driving & implementing the change management agenda.   - Ensuring that the people-perspective is represented in business decisions and teams are effectively managed  Employee Relations :   - Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations at the production facility, Statutory compliance and all liaison with other statutory authorities for the State  - Manage critical employee relations issues of the production department that are crisis oriented to ensure successful completion within limited time.  - Conduct regular contact programs and facilitate communication to address shop floor related issues  - Drive discipline through effective monitoring of Time & Attendance system, Over Time, Absenteeism etc.  - Coordinate training activities for the workforce  - Ensure effective partnering with contractors for Contract Labor requirements & compliance  - Ensure compliance to applicable statutory laws  - Plan self-audits and support in external audits.   - Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism for employees and report on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same  - Filing of periodic returns and maintenance of MIS  - Consult and collaborate with business partners, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee issues  - Conduct and oversee employee relations programs at the production facility  - Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies and practices to sustain positive employee relations across the facility, as needed.  HR Operations :   - Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways.   - Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.   - Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.   - Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non- exempt employees  Outsourcing :   - Coordinate with the vendors to manage recruitment of temporary resources and other processes   - Evaluation of their performances from time to time, backed up with data.  POTENTIAL CANDIDATE PROFILE :   - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a Good Institute.  - 08 - 10 years of experience in Employee Relations   - Strong Focus on execution  - Prior exposure in HR operations   - Great Program & Project Management skills  - Candidate with Stability in career from a reputed company  - Excellent Liasoning skills and Labour Management   - Independent, resilient and organized  - Problem Solving skills  - Excellent interpersonal skills, should be a good team player   - Knowledge of Local Language is a must.  - Self-starter, have the ability to multi-task, possess good communication  - Should be proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word   - High personal integrity   Those interested may press the apply button or call Anil on 8451801646 for more information
