Post: HR Manager

Location: Mumbai

Profile :

- Minimum of 2-3 year proven experience in the different HR materials

- University education / Management education or equivalent through experience

- Knowledge of social law

- Discrete, tactful & diplomatic

- Very good listening ability

- Very good communication ability

- Ability to bridge gaps

- Positive mind

- Ability to further develop & document HR procedures & management tools based on knowledge and experience

- Maturity and entrepreneurial qualities

- Ability to work with and coach various personalities, nationalities and cultures. Show respect for people with different backgrounds.

Role:

- Responsible for (the elaboration of) a structural, transparent and structural staff management policy.

- Implementation of different systems in the field of job descriptions, competence management, recruitment and selection, training and career policy, management development, functioning and evaluation systems, compensation and labor conditions and the management instruments that go with it.

- Anticipate on the concrete needs of the organization with co-operation with Operations Management.

- The central contact point for the staff members on all levels.

- And this in relation with the mission, values and procedures
