HR Manager - BFSI

Currently we're hiring for a reputed MNC which has a global presence & one of our reputed clients for the position of HR-Manger (Business partner).

Job Location :Mumbai

Exp required for this Job (Strictly): 3-6 Yrs in Banking/Financial services (with a reputed house)

Edu: Full time MBA (HR) only from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes.

Job description: Incumbent should be an Alumni of Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School with HR as a major specialization. Incumbent should've 3-6 years experience in HR Operations/Generalist role. Should have prior experience of forming/ammending/suggesting different HR policies. He/She will work very closely with top management.
Should've a flair of exp as an HR professionals.
