About Our Client
Our client is a private equity firm focused on investments in emerging markets in Africa, China, India, Latin America, and South East Asia. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, our client is seeking an HR Manager for its India operations based out of Mumbai.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the HR Head and a Partner, you would be responsible for supporting the Delhi and Mumbai offices with all HR related matters. Your key responsibilities as an HR generalist will include recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and performance management. The key focus is on refining the HR function by improving policy, processes & frameworks; and implementing India firm-wide initiatives and practices within the HR function. On the side, you will also organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Mumbai office.

The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate will be equipped with a post graduate qualification, ideally in human resources. Carrying a minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, you must have exposure to a bank or investment management business / hedge fund / finance company in a similar role comprising of HR and Office Management responsibilities. You must be a self starter with a strong personality and excellent communication skills.
