HR Manager

HR Manager for senior level (7 to 9 years)

We have an opening in a leading MNC in Hyderabad. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in Strategic HR or HRBP or change management.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Strategic HR initiatives in conjunction with Provide coaching, training and mentorship to Site Leaders, Managers, Leads, and Associates for a business

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.

- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

Location: Hyderabad

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B schools with continuous experience of 7 to 9 years in HR

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills

- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
