HR Lead - IT

US MNC founded in 1996 that offers premium products and services in Data Migration, is looking for a mid-level HR professional as HR Lead for India/ APAC operations, to be based out of Bangalore. They have offices in US, Mexico, UK, Singapore, UAE, India and Australia, with 2 years in APAC /India.

- It is a hands-on, quasi-individual contributor role, with someone who can set up HR function ground up and have broad expertise in Recruitment/ Staffing/ Resourcing, Performance Management, C&B, Payroll, Training and Immigration. MBA background from good tier-2 institute, local Bangalore candidates are preferred. Expected experience range 6-10 years and comp budget max 20 L.

- At the moment, employee size in India is around 50, APAC 150 and Middle East is setting up. However, they are growing exponentially in the region, may grow to multi-fold in the next couple of years and India is likely to witness the biggest growth too. Therefore we need someone who can scale up with this acceleration, is flexible and has high energy.

- If you have prior experience managing HR in Singapore, Australia, Philippines, Japan or Middle East regions, please highlight the same – this would be highly desired. Ideal candidate would be someone who worked in an environment of setting up, familiar with the chaos associated with it, can interact with top management and has the confidence/ maturity to manage business stakeholders from different geographies.
