We have 1 very urgent positions in one of the reputed corporate services & facilities management

POSITION : C&B Lead ( HR )

REPORTING : Head HR

Reportees : 6 - 7 people

BASE LOCATION : Mumbai ( Western Lines )

CTC : 30 - 38 Lac p.a. ( inclusive of 10 - 15% variables ), depending upon current CTC.

Span of control : pan India

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Compensation and benefits lead, oversee and administer the employee perfect rewards and smart benefits. He/ She will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.

The goal is to attract, retain and motivate employees enhancing CLIENT's profile as the best place to work.

Main assignments :

Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to the business to ensure that all decisions and actions related to C- &B are in line with CLIENT guidelines and approved processes as may be applicable. Provide recommendations and support decision making for various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc.) by utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate

Manage the administration of long term incentive and short term incentives for India :

Review, design / modify policies and processes as may be appropriate. Support in harmonization of policies and processes as required across businesses. Drive the implementation of global C- &B policies for the India Affiliate

Support the annual merit cycle for the assigned business including creation and communication of merit guidelines, merit process testing of eligibility rules, business support in terms of query resolution etc., preparation and presentation of detailed post-merit analysis to the business leaders

Manage job evaluation requests from business for new / existing positions and recommend salary grades as appropriate in line with global guidelines on job evaluation

Lead the compensation benchmarking exercise for CLIENT businesses and utilize the same to create pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making etc.

Manage special compensation and benefits projects including re-organizations, government-mandated changes, Global or regional initiatives / projects as and when required

Ensure appropriate Governance in terms of alignment of business compensation and benefits actions to the C- &B policy, SOPs as may be applicable

Contribute to building the CLIENT India C- &B strategy in a very competitive market, balancing business needs and CLIENT's Compensation philosophy and guidelines

Advice, assist and counsel Business HRs, on compensation and benefits related aspects. Ensure Compensation- & Benefits training programs are delivered to all BHRs

Monitor industry and external market trends and identifies opportunities for change within businesses- teams as appropriate.-

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to navigate, lead and work in a matrix work environment - partnering with BHR and Practice Center to achieve results- Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence

Demonstrable leadership capability with well-developed coaching, mentoring, influencing and stakeholder relationship skills-

Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously

Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical ability

Knowledge of country labour laws impacting rewards

Person Specification :

10-17 years of relevant work experience in Compensation & Post-Graduation/ MBA in HR from a premier institute- Benefits

Competencies :

In-depth understanding of domestic compensation, Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits process and strategy; - & Excellent team leading credentials, Team player and collaborative, Ability to identify and execute process improvements and Ability to drive change and manage key stakeholder, Experience successfully leading complex processes with multiple steps and participants, Exceptional ability in written and oral communications, Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems, benefit plans and laws

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE : Any INDUSTRY having huge workforce of BLUE COLLAR / PLANT WORKERS / SITE WORKERS / OUTSOURCED STAFF workers

10 years minimum experience.

MBA / equivalent mandatory.
