To communicate and execute Company Policies related to HR, IR (Industrial Relations) and GA.
- To co-ordinate Recruitment of Personnel for new Factory
- To identify training needs for skill development of personnel and establish training schedule.
- To manage IR issues / Payroll (feedback work record/behavior to PI to control payroll) / Time-office (record working hours) / Factory Administration
- To understand and communicate to corporate HR and top management employee motivational & welfare needs and to execute measures / policies aimed at maintaining discipline , enhancing employee Involvement, Performance , Productivity, 5S, Kaizens.
- To establish KRA (key result area) based on PIs policy, Employees Performance Evaluation & Management in co-ordination with Functional Heads
