Job Profile

Responsible For

- IR matters

- Employee relations and development

- Grievance handling and employee relations

- Performance Management

- Training and Development

- Drive the HR processes

- Recruitment

- Health, Safety and Welfare

- Liaison and statutory compliance

- Negotiations with the Trade Unions

- Employee related court matters

- Help Group Head for implementation of policy matters and all the HR
