Qualification : PG/MBA from XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD / SIBM / MDI with relevant work experience of 9+ years

Job Profile :

- Candidate should be from global Software product companies, top software services FMCG and ITES ; should be able to manage different HR Business Partners.

- Should possess great ability work with multiple stakeholders, a conceptually sound person and articulate.

- Should be able to Interpret and Implement the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices.

- To develop and implement an effective flow of information to solicit support for HR objectives.

- Develop innovative HR Business Solutions aligned with the business priorities.

- Facilitate and take ownership for driving change at the circle level by acting as a change catalyst and managing the change transition across teams and functions.

- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing of candidates to making offers, as per the defined TA process and approved SLAs, for levels that have been delegated to circles.

- Driving cost optimization by effective utilization of HR Budget and implementation of policies/ measures.

- Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to as per the laws.

- Management of Complete Administrative activities like Building Facilities, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Civil & Maintenance, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Stationary and Supplies, Time Keeping, Claims, Loans & Advances etc.

- Strong exposure to IR

- Strong interpersonal skills to develop close relationship with key individuals within the organization.
