Job Profile:
Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment (applicant screening; evaluation and Conducting HR interviews) selection, appointment, documentation of all required credentials, ensuring complete verification of address proof, ID proof & educational documents. Is done.
- Reference checks for all the shortlisted candidates.
Performance Appraisal
- Upgrading the appraisal Policy Documents and Guidelines.
- Prepare KRAs and Performance Appraisal targets for all profiles, across all locations in consultation with the heads.
- Plan and train employees including senior manager on the Performance Appraisal rules and also maintain contact with outside resources for relevant training.
Training & Development
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
- Coordinating to ensure training delivery as per targets/calendar and standards.
- Evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness.
Employee Relations
- Handling grievances and determining that the complaint is substantiated only after hearing from both/all sides thereby checking other relevant evidence and taking into account any mitigating circumstances.
- Working on Concept of Organizational Development and Employees.
- Ensuring healthy employee-management relations in the organization by encouraging employee to voice their opinions on common platforms and promoting employee involvement in improvement activities.
- Responsible for promoting Reward and Recognition activities every month for recreation, motivation and monitoring the effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefit Management
- Preparation of HR Budget, manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget
