Position: Business Unit-HR Head (Leading Global IT Company) (8-14 yrs)
Role :
- Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business unit on a broad range of organizational and people issues of critical importance to the business
- Anticipate business needs and provide realistic solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead change management projects
- To work with the BU leadership team and to support them in balancing the people and business agenda for enhanced organization performance and brand value
- Actively coach the line managers to execute the talent management function
- Contribute to the business strategy by assisting divisions to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes
- Drive OD and People Strategy for the BU and ensure leadership effectiveness for the same
- Developing people strategies and designing approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Position will be responsible for multiple teams operating out of multiple locations and the incumbent will therefore be required to travel to these locations, at least for 1 week in a month
Requirements :
- 8 -14 years of strong experience in HR Business Partnering for a division/business unit/center, especially in an Global and matrixed organisation
- Experience in managing projects related to change management, organizational design and culture transformation will be an advantage
- Leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management and high analytical capabilities with proven ability to deliver results
- Ability to Coach and mentor business heads and senior managers
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
