1. Review HR Policy Framework.

2. Strategic hiring for Senior Positions.

3. Redesign annual appraisal framework.

4. Spear head the Quality Enhancement Plan.

5. Roll out succession plan for the senior leadership team.

6. Introduce employee engagement.

7. Diagnose and prepare organizational climate report.

8. Work closely with the Chairman and the CEO on key organizational initiatives.

9. MIS Reporting, Organization structuring and Corporate Presentations on HR.
