Position – HR Generalist.

We have an opportunity with leading MNC for Sr. analyst HR generalist role – Only prem B school

- Working closely with business leaders, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices.

- Work closely with the Division Heads on developing people strategy for each & every division

- HR Operations, retention, employee connect, propagate & live our employee value preposition

- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization

- Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry

Exp - 4yrs+ ,2006, 2007, 2008 batch pass out
