Handle responsibilities which include managing, implementing and administering human resources strategy and solutions, formulation and implementation of HR process and polices, developing KRAs, identifying Training requirements, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits,employee relations, recruitment, vendor management, salary and payroll management, employee grievances handling, managing statutory requirements and handling other corporate HR functions.
Min 12 years of experience and current 3-4 years of exp from hospital industry.
