HR Generalist 2009/2010 - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD etc
Will handle OD/PMS/Training/C& B/HR Budgeting and Planning/New HR Initiatives /HR Support
- Ready to move on to other roles (Corporate HR/Sales HR) in 2 – 3 years’ time.
- Willingness to work in a highly challenging environment
- Experience in setting up HR Processes
- Preferably FMCG factory experience
