Generalist HR Profiles (pass out only from TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM)
- This role is responsible for the delivery of HR Business Partnering for one or two service lines globally
- This role will need to identify business needs, translate these into practical solutions and collaborate with service delivery from HR expertise and - service centres to deliver a holistic solution.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following :
- Ensuring delivery within the function by effectively aligning resources and building commitment of necessary people.
- Build co-operative, authentic and trusting relationships with key people
- Knowing when it is necessary to take a stand and be prepared to have clear point of view based on insight and facts.
- Help deliver against a clear action plan for the development of engagement.
- With line managers, shape and develop performance improvement and differentiation particularly through the PDP & Reward processes to drive motivation & behaviours.
- Support line managers in creating acceptable environments for change and forward-looking perspectives
- Enable the development of excellent people management skills(interpreting company policy legally and appropriately in line with code of business principles) and processes in the functions.
- Responsible for FTE tracking and ensuring data is accurately reflected in appropriate systems
- They will work in partnership with the HR teams within the functions, and MCOs to activate and deliver HR processes where necessary
- Supporting line managers on employee relations issues and ensuring appropriate processes are followed
- Work on or lead large programmes across Global Functions
