We have the following HR requirement in Mumbai for leading MNC FMCG Companies

Generalist HR 2007-2009 batches Tier I/ Tier II Institutes

- Role is to oversee the Hiring, Business Partnering, HR Ops, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits & Generalist HR functions.

- Should have work experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner Roles, mostly in manufacturing organizations in the FMCG, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals or other Consumer Goods industries

- Preference will be given to Female profiles as diversity criteria

- Compensation best in the industry commensurating with experience levels and industry background
