JOB DESCRIPTION:  Recruitment-  - Prepare Manpower Plans in consultation with Business leaders and thereby ensuring that the positions get  filled as per the plan.  - Manage the entire recruitment process right from sourcing resumes to closing offers  Employee Engagement :  - Manage various communication forums like Town halls, Open Houses, New Hire Partner Meet and Skip Level  - Ideate and implement various communication initiatives  - Responsible for Induction and on-boarding formalities of all new joiners   - Drive participation in Employee Satisfaction Survey  - Conduct and analyze exit interviews  - Formulate and Implement Employee Engagement calendar and drive various people related initiatives  - Anchor the ‘Rewards and Recognition’ program  Performance Management & Employee Development :  - Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure that timelines and objectives are met  - Act as an interface for any queries and concerns that need to be addressed to make employees aware of their roles and responsibilities and also enabling them to focus on their task  - Prepare reports related to Performance management and publish it to Business leaders on a regular basis  - Compensation & increment exercise  - Liaise with the business to work to finalize the increment and bonus workings  EXPERIENCE:  - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR function;  - Experience working in a matrix organization;  - Experience working in multi-national companies;  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:  - A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery;  - Strong in problem solving skills;  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;  - Strategic thinking and analytical skills;  - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and adapt to change  - Self-confident, articulate and outgoing individual, who is able to work independently whilst maintaining a  strong focus on teamwork  - Strong system skills
