Project Management :
- Lead client projects in the area of Leadership assessment and development involving creation of competency frameworks, design and conduct of assessment centers, workshop facilitation and project management of long range development journeys for mid to senior level leaders
- Conduct assessment and feedback sessions for mid-level executives
- Provide guidance to team members and review work outputs thought Leadership
- Part of the Leadership and Assessment COE, which involves contribution to thought leadership around assessment and development
Client Development :
- Responsible for independently leading client conversations in the core area of Assessment and Development
- Contribute to building and reviewing proposals and making senior level client presentation at the pre-sales stage
Requirement :
- Overall 7-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a COE or a consulting role with aspiration towards building a career in Talent and Leadership Development.
- COE/consulting experience to be predominantly in the area of Talent Development including competency design, assessments, design of development road-maps etc.
- In a COE role should have been involved in designing/supporting in design of talent development agenda. Specific exposure towards designing and managing high potential programs or helping craft leadership journeys for middle to senior management etc. will be preferred.
- In a consulting role should have been involved in managing client projects with specific exposure to designing and conducting Assessment/ Development Centers including tool design, Project managing post assessment development journeys, Experience as an assessor and certifications on assessment tools will be an added advantage
