HR PMS & OD Subject Matter Expert 2004-2006 Batches Tier I HR Inst

- To lead the PMS role, handle job bandings, evaluation, competency mapping, career dvpt, change mgt , implement bal score cards below cxo levels, responsible for implementation of software for change mgt and score cards by interacting with the senior business partners. Org restructuring

- Individual contributor role will be master of the PMS vertical and will grow with the org .Its strategic and operational role too

- Candidates with exposure to PMS + OE or OD domain from Top4 Mnc consulting firms / Top HR consulting firms or branded companies of repute will be given high priority
