About our Client - Our client is a multinational management consulting firm with a global footprint in over 80 countries. With a strong presence in India, they are looking for an HR Consultant who specializes in change management to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Sr. Manager of the business unit and dotted line reporting into the MD, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up the Change Management project and managing work streams such as Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness / Surveys, Business Readiness, Change History Assessment), Change Network, Leadership Coaching, Training Strategy and Learning & Performance Support. As part of project delivery the incumbent will need to:

- Set up and Lead execution of change projects

- Manage Service Delivery through large teams working in multiple work streams

- Support in proposal response and business development initiatives

- Support growth of the Change Management offering group by participating in development of assets and innovative thinking

- Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle is a must – At least 1 full cycle.Provide thought leadership in the area of Change Management

The Successful Candidate - 8 to 12 years work experience post MBA/Masters degree off which at least 6 years of experience in Change Management projects as a consultant is essential for this role. Only candidates from Consulting firms may apply for this role. MNA from a tier 1 institute and excellent communication skills are essential for the role. The role entails a considerable amount of travel, and only those that are open to 50%+ travel may apply for the role.
