HR Compliance Manager

Position: Manager – HR Compliance

Experience: 4-7yrs

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Qualification: MBA(HR)/PG (HR)

JD:

1. Service Provider/Vendor Statutory Compliance

 - To ensure vendors /service providers adhere to statutory compliances wrt. salary payouts, minimum wages, ESIC , PF etc

 - To ensure all the vendors strictly adhere to the invoice processing process, tracking and publishing o/s deployment numbers across TALIC

 - To ensure and track all the vendors wrt. Handling/resolving o/s resource issues, query/s and other service issues without any statutory violation.

 - To track and publish the o/s deployment

 - Conduct audits to identify compliance gap/s and highlight the same to respective vendors (during the audit) and to the respective user departments for corrective measure at their end

2. HR Compliance Education to TALIC Employees

 - Conducting training and guidance to TALIC employees on case to case basis as an when required and/or whenever such query's raised by any TALIC employee and ensure resolving the issue/s

3. Legal activities

CTC: upto 8L
