- Provide HR advice to management to enable compliance in all areas of employment policy and legislation.
- Provide an effective and comprehensive HR Service to a high level including disciplinary / dismissal issues.
- Working and updating HRIS.
- Identify and advise on all areas of concern relating to HR issues.
- Provide HR support to Business Head HR.
- Provide HR related training to managers.
- Provide motivation, leadership and direction on HR matters within the Company to ensure the achievement of targets.
