As a HR Business Partner, you will be expected to:
- Create an engagement framework including a communication framework, Leadership Principles assimilation, and support for pulse activities across all levels
- Manage employee metrics at all levels
- Support the business unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
- Increase workforce capability
- Provide change leadership
- Perform talent management and succession planning
- Support day-to-day operations support as well as on-going process improvement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to roll out all key people policies, processes (performance management, talent management)
- Engage with the business on workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their true potential
- Work with line managers and employees to address all employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization
- Conduct E-Sat surveys and subsequent action plans with the BU Heads
