HR Business Partner - KPO/BPO/IT/ITES

Our client is a global MNC in Insurance/ReInsurance and is looking out for a HR-Business Partner to handle one of their SBUs located in UK.

The role holder will be based out their Mumbai based captive offshore unit and reports to Director(HR) in UK.

The job involves regular travel onsite to UK to meet various stakeholders.

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Post Graduate qualification is preferred (preferably in HR)

2. Should be currently in a similar role in a KPO/BPO/IT/ITES sector handling all HR functions for an ONSITE team

3. Should possess minimum 3-8 years relevant experience in a KPO/BPO environment

4. Ability to engage with stakeholders outside India a with metric-driven approach
