Hiring for a Product IT Company/Start UP IT company

Looking for candidates with 8+ yrs of relevant exp in HR business Partner/HR Generalist role

Candidate must be currently working with IT Start up's/ product IT companies

Must have exposure to the following activities :

- L&D

- OD

- Policy

- Planning

- Coaching & consulting

- Talent

- Comp and Ben

- Must have managed growing FTE's of at least 500

- Must have experience working with Global Stake holders and Leaders
