- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Should have managed Performance Management Cycles, Merit Increase exercise.

- To have a clear understanding of the business, their priorities, challenges and align HR interventions for best value add
- Implementation of the HR transformations by leveraging global programs and customizing initiatives to suit the country needs - Talent, Leadership, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Well Being& High performance.
- Implementing organization wide HR initiatives within the business unit is a core activity of the Business Partnering activities.
- Initiating, influencing and designing change management programs, providing coaching to frontline managers and senior leaders and managing partnership with shared services are some of the demands from this role.
- Moreover,Responsible for staffing, performance management, competency development, employee engagement and compensation reviews.
