Our client is one of the leading FM organisation, looking to hire HR Business Partner based for their global it delivery centre in gurgaon
Looking for candidates with minimum 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner function with MBA from good Institution.
The role will be responsible for :
- Partnering with functional leadership in assigned client groups on strategic initiatives, organization development, change management, application of HR policies and processes and complex employee issues in order to strengthen overall organizational capability.
- Partnering with the senior management in articulating the culture of the organization and communicate the same to employees via different channels.
- Coaching leadership team on people management, career development, personal leadership, performance evaluation and recognition
- Providing support to managers to ensure consistent and appropriate human resources practices and procedures are being implemented.
- Providing the appropriate counseling, coaching, and conflict mediation to staff and promote a productive work environment.
- Analyzing and modify compensation practices to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Managing the annual performance and salary review processes as well as the variable pay programs.
- Partnering with managers in establishing hiring and compensation strategies.
- Resourcing planning as per organization structure & ensuring optimal use of existing resources at all time.
- Managing a team of human resources professionals.
- Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the group as well as their professional development.
