- Responsible for creating, managing & executing strategic HR activities like - Employee Engagement, Retention, Succession Planning and End to End HR Activities.
- Candidate must have experience handling minimum employee span of 1500 Employees.
- Looking for people either from BPO, KPO, ITES, or Big Four Consulting Organisations.
- Robust in building career and succession planning system for the business in order to retain and develop talent.
- Building lot of training T&D interventions for the business along with the training team. Single point contact for managing the manpower realignment in the business & strategic initiatives for blending the HR Intervention with the Business goals.
- Managing HRIS for the business and creating & managing repository of reports like: Productivity, Manpower count, Cost & future projections.
- Involved in Performance Appraisals for the manpower.
- Responsible for vital recruitment for mid & senior level positions.
- Taking care of Manpower Planning, Job Descriptions, and Strategy about recruitment source & process.
- Ensure robust induction training for new recruits.-Talent Engagement
- Responsible for managing the Employee Engagement activities as per corporate norms nationally.
- Design and implement monthly fun activities.
- Develop employee connect by visiting all locations.
- Responsible for end to end On-Boarding process for new joiners.
- Managing employee grievances and local issues.
- Conduct Exit interview, Empower clearance, updating the headcount accordingly for the business.
- Handling Appraisals.
